When you sign in, we receive and store:
We store the boards, groups, and buttons you create, including their names, emoji, colors, and the YouTube video/playlist IDs you associate with them. If you choose to make a board linkable or public, this content becomes visible to other users along with your display name as the author.
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is HTTP-only, secure, and contains a signed session token. We do not use any tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.
ListenCheck embeds YouTube videos and playlists for playback via the YouTube IFrame Player API. When you play a button, YouTube's embed player loads in your browser. YouTube's own privacy policy governs their handling of your data.
Our application is hosted on Vercel and our database is hosted on Neon (PostgreSQL). Both services may process server logs containing IP addresses as part of standard infrastructure operations.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your data is only used to provide the ListenCheck service.
Your data is stored as long as you have an active account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Account page. This permanently removes your user record, all boards, groups, buttons, and authentication tokens.
Session tokens are signed and stored securely. All connections use HTTPS. We follow security best practices, but no system is 100% secure.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can exercise these rights through the Account page or by contacting us directly.
